The Leak Test Bench allows to verify the conservation of a given pressure for a predetermined minimum time in a sleeve where, in a previous processing phase, a special containment valve was inserted.

The SOFCA control unit, model SPM-PT-500, implements the introduction of the pneumatic plant air, the activation of the pressure measurement cycle, the decision on the measurement result, and the enabling on the continuation of the cycle tightening.
On the Control Unit, starting from the Main Menu, all the values of the control parameters of the tightness test are entered, such as pressures (absolute and their variations) and execution times of the various phases.
Note: the system is able to operate in both "pressure" and "depression" mode.
